It was announced at weekly podcast from Major Nelson the DLC "First Strike" for Call of Duty: Black Ops will be the first map pack. Let's start with the release date: it is planned to be released in 1 February 2011 on Xbox 360 (no date provided for PS3 and PC). All these images below are from the source files to the current game and do not accurately represent the final maps but they give an idea of what they might look like.
The pack includes four new competitive maps: "Discovery", inspired by a Reznov missions taking place in Antarctica, "Kowloon", obviously in Hong Kong and inspired by the solo mission with the same name on the roofs, " Berlin Wall "at Checkpoint Charlie, and" Stadium "in an American ice hockey. In addition, there will be a map for the Zombie mode, "Ascension".
Four multiplayer maps:
Berlin Wall (Berlin Wall): This map takes place in Berlin, Germany, at "Checkpoint Charlie", one of the most famous crossing between East Berlin and West Berlin.
Discovery (Discovery): This map takes place in a German research station in Arctic, abandoned since the Second World War.
Stadium (Stadium): This map is located in the northeastern United States. It should be assumed that there will be room for close combat on a map like this.
Kowloon: Located in Kowloon City (Hong Kong), this card is inspired by the mission of the solo: "Numbers". The battles take place on the rooftops of Kowloon City.

Zombie map: Ascension - This map has not been detailed, Dan explained that this info is still classified as confidential.
The price? 1200 Microsoft Points. Which, although not new but still horribly expensive. This is only my opinion so I will be getting Black Ops Map Pack for Free from Points2shop.com.
